Friendly staff made us feel welcomed.

I was disappointed during my stay at the hotel. The air conditioner in my room was a bit loud, which disrupted my sleep. On top of that, the ice machine was out of order throughout my stay and made it inconvenient to cool my drinks. Overall, these small issues really took away from the enjoyment of my vacation.

We loved our stay! The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool, and the staff was welcoming, especially with our little ones. The Queen Room was spacious and clean, and it felt just like home. Plus, proximity to Whyte Horse Winery made our visit extra special.

The Inn, Monticello, Indiana is a charming place, spotless and well-kept. The staff's warm hospitality felt like being welcomed into a friend's home, and the clean outdoor areas were a delight to enjoy in the sunshine.

Could have been cleaner. found one pillowcase with blood stains, and the carpet had a grimy feel that was hard to ignore. The lack of shade around the pool means sunbathers roast without respite, and I woke up to cold tap water in the shower despite being the only guest around. For the price, I'd expect more than just the basics and perhaps a light breakfast option could add value to the stay.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the clean room and appreciated the friendly staff. Visiting the Whyte Horse Winery was a highlight, and the nearby Pine View Golf Course offered a nice round of golf. For future guests, expect basic accommodations but super comfy bedding and great temperature control.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to provide us with a mini fridge when the original room didn't have one. The temperature control worked well, allowing us to maintain a pleasant atmosphere throughout our 3-night stay. Additionally, the ongoing renovations indicate management is committed to improvement.

after my last stay in monticello, i decided to return and was pleasantly surprised by how much better everything was. the staff were incredibly friendly, the room was exceptionally clean, and the outdoor pool was a perfect place to relax. the comfortable bed ensured a great night’s sleep during this little getaway.
